Mismatched

A checkered shirt, a stripped one.

A plain sock, a designed one.

Messed up hair, other, perfectly set.

Mismatched, at its best.
Handwritten notes, typed ones.

Blue ink pen, black ink prints.

Panicked, other calm.

Mismatched, as its best.
Whistles, hums and hops,

Laughs, smiles and stops.

Tickles, runs and gawps,

Photographs, once in a while in bookshops.

Mismatched, at its best.
Different yet plainly same,

Ideas in their brains,

Denying yet not,

Mismatched at its best.
